Rar Files

To view a movie you must down load all of its parts plus the exe file before it will work.  Most of the movies are compressed in the rar format.  You don’t need any special program to extract them or uncompress them, you just have to make sure you have all the parts.  Each movie is split into parts to help out people with slower broadband connections.  Due to limitations on our bandwidth it is not possible to stream movies directly.  They all must be downloaded.

There are two common problems that occur when downloading this type of file.  The first one is that the user does not download all of the components of the movie, i.e. all of the parts or rars. Once you have all the parts and the exe file associated with this movie, double click the exe file and follow the instructions.  If it does not work it usually means that a part has been missed and needs to be downloaded.  The decompression software will prompt you to save the whole movie file to a location on your hard drive.  This location is of course at your discretion.  You could pick your desktop or create a new folder (“my downloaded movies” for example).

The other problem that can occur is that one part of the movie gets corrupted during the download.  Again this is easy to fix.  Just delete the corrupt part and re-download it.  Double click the exe file and away you go.
